Summary

August Bridge are looking for several technical consultants to capitalise on our expanding market share. Established in 2020, August Bridge provide professional advisory and consultancy services on the practice of Output Management, specifically related to the MSFT Dynamics 365 ERP marketplace.

We are a young company in growth phase, so passion and a sense of humour is equally import to us, as is your technical abilities in what will prove to be a multi-facetted role. Once onboarded, this role will offer the right candidate a large amount of autonomy and opportunity to shape their career path within the company. Whilst we are open to hearing from candidates of all levels, a background in ERP applications (specifically Dynamics) or Output Management/reporting tools are of particular interest.

Purpose of the role

Deliver consultancy and advisory services and development to both customers and contribute in operational process.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a technical consultant, the candidate should possess a balanced blend of personable and technical skills to deliver and maintain new and existing customer projects and relationships.

  • Attend customer meetings and advise from a pre-sales and consultancy perspective.
  • Provide, development, and delivery services in line with best practices.
  • Provide support and ensure calls are effectively managed.
  • Liase direct with customers with ability to manage own workloads
  • Produce and document functional design reports.
  • Embracing, challenge and enhancing the team ethos and values of August Bridge.

Skills

  • Possess customer centric and team mentality.
  • Strong technical communicator, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Self motivated individual.
  • Desirable technical skills include knowledge of:
    • MS Dynamics
    • JavaScript
    • SQL Queries
    • Azure resources
    • MS Visio
    • Low-Code development frameworks
    • Cloud Storage services
    • ESB Messaging
    • JSON & XML
    • Application lifecycle management.
