The latest release introduces the new Customer Service Portal alongside enhanced options for e-mail delivery, PDF conversion and manual processing.
Customer Service Portal
The new Customer Service Portal gives you direct, client-facing access to your exchange activity outside Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM. It delivers the visibility, validation insights, and participant information you need to keep document flows moving. The Customer Service Portal helps reduce manual follow-up, resolve issues faster, and improve self-service access to exchange information.
